Flash Fiction Friday - Forgive Me by Nichelle Gregory

“Where do you think you’re going?”

She bit her lip to avoid crying out as he yanked her hair.

The sudden movement and the razor-edged tone in his voice made her nipples instantly hard.

“It’s late. Let’s just go to bed.”

She sucked in a breath as his fingers skimmed down her panty-clad ass, seeking the wetness between her legs.

“You took it too far.”

“You wanted me to flirt and now you’re mad?

“Flirting is one let him touch you.”

“I didn’t want him to.”

“Yet, you didn’t stop him.”

“I’m sorry.”

“I know.”

“Forgive me?”

“Not yet.”

The Best Part Of Hunger Games...

I didn't get a chance to read the first book in this series before it came out, but I knew a little about the story premise. Not enough though, to prepare me for the emotionally wrought story I found myself watching on the big screen.

I literally lost it at one point during this movie. I don't go to the movies to cry. I don't mind getting a little misty eyed, but I was SOBBING in this movie. I know it had something to do with the passing of my mother, but I left Hunger Games emotionally drained. I'm not sure I'll see any more in the trilogy or read the actual books.

So, for me, the best part of Hunger Games was watching Lenny Kravitz as Cinna in his scenes with Katniss. This man oozes sensuality, OMG! Even wearing that gold eyeliner he burned up the screen with his calm, kind, patient, sexy-as-hell aura. I hope he gets more movie roles. I'd pay to see him do/say just about ANYTHING.

Happy Thursday!

Simply Sexy Stories Welcomes Kellie Kamyrn!

NG: I’m welcoming Kellie Kamryn on Simply Sexy Stories! Hi, Kellie!

KK: Hi! Thanks for having me here.

NG: My pleasure! Let’s start with some Kellie Kamryn trivia questions!

What’s your favorite time of day?

KK: Evening after my kids have gone to bed. It’s quiet and I just veg out.

NG: What’s your favorite place to write?

KK: On my PC or laptop. I can’t really choose a favorite location b/c my office is kind of in the living room at the moment so I can keep an eye on my kids!

NG: I can relate! What’s your favorite drink in the morning?

KK: Water or tea. Can’t start the day off without one of those.

NG: What are you reading right now?

KK: Oh, I have several on the go! Right now it’s Lucky Ducks by Jan Romes. Then it’s an inspiration called The Gift of An Ordinary Day. I have lots to read!

NG: Do you have an e-reader? If so, tell me whether it was easy or difficult to adjust to reading digital books. Do you prefer paperbacks?

KK: I have a Sony reader and a Kindle. I love my Kindle because I can download books with two click, LOL I still like paperbacks but my ereader lets me read books by authors who are only digital and it’s easy to take a lot of books on a trip. Occasionally, I do take a paperback to an appointment if I have to wait.

NG: You’ve been captured and your captor tells you to choose one book to amuse yourself during your imprisonment...which book would you choose? J

KK: Oh boy…what would I choose? Does it have to be just one? One of Jo Davis’ Firefighter of Station Five series. Those books are da bomb!

NG: Interesting, I haven't read this series. What do you think is the biggest misconception about females writing in this genre?

KK: That we’re horny all the time. Or that we experience everything we write about. It’s called an imagination people! I use my imagination for your entertainment.

NG: Do the people in your life know about your writing? Are they supportive?

KK: Most of the people in my life know about my writing and are very supportive. I have a great group of friends who want to buy all my books. Can’t help but be happy about that!

NG: What advice would you give to inspiring authors interested in penning successful erotic romances?

KK: Learn how to write a good story. Take online classes or attend conferences. Network. I did all of that, and most importantly, DON’T GIVE UP! If you want to do it bad enough, keep working on it.

NG: Great advice, Kellie! Okay, let's talk about your writing.

KK: Yes. Let’s. *G*

NG: Describe your writing process...are you a careful plotter or laid back pantster?

KK: I’m probably a combination of both. With my short stories, I tend to write and see where the characters take me. With a novel, I do a fair bit of plotting but still let the characters take me on an adventure.

NG: How many hours a day do you try to commit to your manuscript?

KK: I don’t go for numbers. I write as much as I can, or edit, and when I’m done for the day, I’m done.

NG: What’s your biggest distraction from focusing on your writing?

KK: My kids! Or the internet. The internet I can shut off. The kids I can’t. They come first.

NG: Yes, they do. LOL...we have the same distractions! What are you working on for 2012?

KK: A short sweet romance, edits for book 3 in my Love and Balance series, and an erotic suspense. Should keep me busy and out of trouble.

NG: Busy lady! Let's talk about The Perfect Score. What's this story all about?

KK: The new head coach has barely gotten her beams in alignment when she’s threatened with a lawsuit by a father for refusing to train his brat of a daughter.

NG: What inspired you to pen this story?

KK: As a gymnastics instructor for 25 years, I thought a series of romances written around the sport would be an original idea.

NG: That's so cool and very original! Give me three reasons readers will love The Perfect Score.

KK: It’s different. It’s hot. It makes you feel.

NG: Delish! What's the one thing readers can always count on when picking up one of your books?

KK: I don’t just write about sex for the sake of it. Sure I pen some hot stories, but I like people to feel my characters struggles and emotions. One of my books is sure you to make you feel something! If readers like The Perfect Score, they should be sure to pick up Rebound, book 1.

NG: Thank you so much for coming on Simply Sexy Stories, Kellie, best wishes for all your endeavors in 2012!

KK: Thanks for having me here!

Blurb: Shelley Longstaff finally has her chance to be in charge only to rue the day when she is asked to train the dreaded Anna Fortier, a gymnast who has no sense of sportsmanship and makes everyone in her vicinity miserable. When Shelley refuses, she’s threatened with a lawsuit by her father. To make things worse, Shelley has an inexplicable attraction to the arrogant rich lawyer!

Since his wife’s death five years ago, Jacques (Jack) Fortier does whatever it takes to protect what is his. Shelley’s club is his last resort to keep his daughter in the sport, but threatening to sue her isn’t exactly his smartest move. When she grudgingly agrees to give Anna a chance, he finds himself attracted to the spritely gymnastics coach – the first woman he’s had any feelings for since his wife passed away.

As Shelley and Jack leap over the line in their parent-coach relationship, Shelley worries over falling in love with a man who admittedly still loves his late wife. But when a crisis of teenage proportions threatens their relationship, will they risk everything for the chance to achieve The Perfect Score?

Caution! Super Sexy Excerpt Below:
Jack laid her back, eyeing her like a prize. Situating himself between her legs, the fingers of one hand spanned her chest, teasing her already beaded flesh with his thumb and middle finger.

The digits of his other hand skimmed up the inside of one of her thighs, and his tongue followed their path. She arched her pelvis toward him as his tongue danced across her stomach and over her groin on the other side. His breath hot against her, he played his fingertips through the soft folds of her sex before pressing a tender kiss to her core.

Shelley nearly flew over the edge, gasping his name when he delved his tongue into her opening and swept over the swollen nub. He never stayed long enough in one place to bring her to release. She dug her heels into the couch and bucked her hips upward, wordlessly demanding he give her the satisfaction she craved.

He stopped his ministrations to her sweat-slicked chest and clamped his hands onto her hips, forcing her back onto the couch. Holding her captive, he nudged her thighs further apart with his elbows, splaying her sex with his thumbs.

When he blew a cooling breath over her engorged clit, she cried out. Encouraged, he stroked two fingers deep, stretching her sensitive tissues. His tongue flicked in and around her clit, and she thrashed her head from side to side, writhing under him as her mind went numb all but for the wonderful sensation blooming in her belly. The feeling grew to near bursting point, but Jack changed his rhythm to wide, slow licks. The delicious tension in her body eased, and she moaned in frustration, half disappointed she’d hadn’t seen the end, half elated there would be more.

“Jack, please,” she begged, wanting to ignite the slow burn in her pussy. He flicked his tongue quickly over her tender pearl of paradise and increased the pace of his hand. The light blossomed like a flower opening its petals to the sun and spread throughout her body like wildfire. Her body went rigid, before she catapulted into the heavens like a gymnast pinging off the high bar.

As she came down off her high, she laid there, eyes closed, chest heaving, feeling his cheek caressing her inner thigh, her body still shaking with after-shocks.

Finally, she propped herself up on her elbows. Sprawled on the couch with her dress bunched around her waist, her nakedness on display, she had never felt more wanton. Or satisfied.

He pressed one last kiss to her womanly temple and withdrew his fingers from her sheath.

“Wow,” she said with a grin. Quite the appetizer. I’m all in for the main course.

Six Sentence Sunday - Give Me What I Want...

This week I'm sharing six lines from my sexy free read Be Careful What You Ask For!

Set Up: Maxy has asked Vince for a divorce because her sweet husband seems incapable of being anything more than her tender...totally vanilla lover. She's about to discover he's more than willing to switch things up to keep her.

"What the hell are you doing?"

Maxy struggled to regain her equilibrium as his fingers tightened around her wrist.

"Shut up!" Vince said quietly, but with more force than she'd ever heard from him before.

Maxy felt a tremor of disbelief zip through her. "What did you say?"

This was her Vince...sweet, sensible Vince.

Muse-ically Inspiring!

It's Wednesday! Is it just me or has this been one long week? I'm having one of those moments when I can't think of anything I want to blog about. So, I thought I'd share a few of my favorite pieces of music to write to. These are the tracks that I can always count on to get me in the zone to finish a particular scene.

First up: The Piano by Engima ~ I love Engima period for those sexy scenes I enjoy writing, but this particular song never fails to inspire my characters.
Second: Fallen by Lauren Wood~ I think this song is so romantic. Ever since I heard it in Pretty Woman, I've loved it. I can put this track on repeat and bang out dialogue without being distracted by the words I know by heart.
Third: Bella by Carlos Santana~ Seriously sexy track that I can put on repeat as I craft a hot scene. You may recognize this tune in the smokin' hot love scene with Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek in Desperado.
When I'm feeling sleepy, I like to crank up movie soundtracks, like Indiana Jones, Superman or Batman Begins. lol It works! I also count on Marc Anthony, Jamie Foxx, Ne Yo and many others to keep my eyes from fluttering close in the wee hours of the night.

I find that I use music a lot. I'll love all kinds of music and I've got a pretty eclectic collection that I'm constantly adding to. Music helps me get into the mood of the scene I'm working on and I'm always listening to something whether I'm writing or not.

So, for you authors out there, what do you like to listen to when you write? What songs inspire you to get whatever your working on done?

I'm curious. You can get a little sample of what else I like to listen to by checking out my YouTube channel! <<Just click here>>

Simply Sexy Stories Welcomes Ann Mayburn!

NG: I’m welcoming Ann Mayburn on Simply Sexy Stories! Hi, Ann!

AM: Hi Nichelle, thanks for having me. :D

NG: What are you reading right now?

AM: The second book in the in the Hunger Games series, Catching Fire. I’ll admit it, the movie ads for The Hunger Games movie really caught my attention. A really enjoyable read so far.

NG: Do you have an e-reader? If so, tell me whether it was easy or difficult to adjust to reading digital books. Do you prefer paperbacks?

AM: I have an iPad and a Kindle that I read on. Wait, I had a Kindle...hubby took it to work with him and somehow between work and home destroyed it. :P I adore my eReader because it has opened a giant new world of authors to me that I would never find on the bookshelves. Plus, I’m a voracious reader so it keeps me from burying my house in paperbacks like something out of that TV show, Hoarders.

NG: lol...I understand. My husband forced me to get rid of some of my paperbacks. Okay, you’ve been captured and your captor tells you to choose one book to amuse yourself during your imprisonment...which book would you choose? :)

AM: The Black Jewel Trilogy by Ann Bishop. It’s actually three books condensed into one gigantic book.

NG: I'll have to pick that up! What do you think is the biggest misconception about females writing in this genre?

AM: That we must be promiscuous to write erotic romance. Look, I’m no more throwing orgies at my house than Agatha Christie was hosting dinner parties in which she poisoned her guests.

NG: Ha ha!! Do the people in your life know about your writing? Are they supportive?

AM: Thankfully my family supports me 100%, especially my husband and I love him to bits for it. My mom has been a labor and delivery nurse for 30+ years, so she is pretty open about sex and sexuality. She likes to joke that the other nurses and midwives she works with are an earthy bunch, and they often share tales that would make my ears turn red. That said, I never, ever want to know that my mom or my brothers read one of my erotica works. Why? Uh, ‘cause she’s my mom and they’re my brothers. That would just weird me out. My sisters have read my books and I love them for their willingness to try new things.

NG: That's so cool, Ann! What advice would you give to inspiring authors interested in penning successful erotic romances?

AM: A good editor is worth their weight in gold! Seriously, I don’t care if you’re going to self-publish or go through more traditional means with an established publisher, your editor is going to make or break you. If you get one that you can’t work with for whatever reason, TALK to your publisher and see if you can get a new editor. Once you find an editor you click with you will learn more than you ever thought possible. If you are self-publishing make sure you research your editor. Ask around and people will be more than happy to tell you about their experiences. Yes, you will probably cry when you see your first round of edits, but that is normal. ;) Remember to thank your editors whenever possible and let the world know they rock!

NG: Great editors are worth their weight in gold...great advice, Ann! Okay, let's talk about Daughter of Lust! I loved this book! First, share the premise for this story.

AM: Oh man, I’m so bad at this. Ok, Daughter of Lust takes place in the 1800’s when opium is ravaging and addicting the world. Because of this the deadly sin, Sloth, is gaining power at an unprecedented rate. Opium addicts don’t care about eating, sex, or anything other than getting their next fix and lying about all day in a drug induced haze, being slothful. Enter Natalia, a Russian peasant girl who has been prophesized to save Heaven and Hell with her love.

NG: What inspired this story?

AM: That wonderful ‘What if’. In this case, what if the spread of opium and other drugs around the earth were engineered by the High Princes of Hell to strengthen the seven deadly sins.

NG: How did you come up with your version of heaven and hell and their inhabitants?

AM: One of the basic philosophies of this series is that in the end, all things serve God. I know that’s really vague, but I don’t want to spoil anything!

NG: Did you find it creatively challenging to write this story at any point because of your own religious upbringing?

AM: Not in the least. I’ve always been fascinated by religion and in my teen years I spent a great deal of time in our local libraries reading about ancient religions and mythologies. I was raised Roman Catholic so you will see a great deal of the Catholic biblical mythos in this book. As far as fearing for my eternal soul...not so much. My relationship with God/the Goddess/the Creator/etc is solid.

NG: There’s a lot of hot sex in this book! Your heroine gets to be with several sexy men, but you managed to make each relationship unique and erotic. How did you approach the sex scenes for this book?

AM: Every man/demon is different and has their own particular style they bring to their bedroom. I just had to get into their heads and let them show me what they could do. ;)

NG: And..Ooooo, you did it so damn well! ;) Describe your writing process for this book. Did you carefully plot out the storyline or did you let the characters explore their own destiny as you were writing?

AM: I plotted it out so I had a destination in mind, but I also let my characters veer off the chosen path to do their own thing. Like that part in the woods with Natalia eating the berries? That was all her.

NG: Loved that scene! Can you share a little about the second book in this series? What can readers expect/look forward to?

AM: Shit is hitting the fan in Hell in a big way. There is a lot more tension between the men, especially Raum and Gregor. The drums of war are beating in Heaven and Hell as both sides wait for Satan to make an appearance. Natalia is separated from her men and...well you’ll just have to wait and see.

NG: Yummy, I can't wait to read the next book! What else are you working on for 2012?

AM: So, so, so, so much. ;) But, one thing that I’m almost finished with is what I like to call an ‘Origins’ story. It’s a stand alone novella about how Galina and Asmodeus met and it’s really good.

NG: Ann, thank you so much for stopping by to talk about Daughter of Lust! I personally recommend this sizzling read to erotic paranormal fans!

Give three reasons why you think readers will love Daughter of Lust.

AM: 1. It doesn’t suck. You may laugh, but with the eBook surge there is a lot of really crappy, really sucky books out there lately. Daughter of Lust is not one of them.

2. One of my readers once said that she was shocked to find in Daughter of Lust an erotic romance that actually had an honest to god plot.

3. It is probably way different from anything that you’ve read lately. This book is just the first in a trilogy with an accompanying series of novellas, how Raum and Kirin met is up next.

NG: What's the one thing readers can always count on when picking up one of your books?

AM: Heat and laughter. I want you to come away from one of my books feeling good and I try to make sure that while there is enough steam to melt your panties, there is also enough heart to give you that warm fuzzy glow.

NG: Ann, thanks for coming on Simply Sexy Stories, best wishes for all your endeavors in 2012!

Blurb: Belal, High Prince of Hell and Keeper of the Deadly Sin Sloth, is expanding his power in the world of the 1800s by trafficking opium. He revels in the results, and as sloth begins to overtake the mortal realm, all of Hell suffers. The balance of power in Hell, as well as the fate of the Universe, will be decided by a half-demon peasant girl.

Natalia Shura, the daughter of Asmodeus, High Prince of Hell and Keeper of the Deadly Sin Lust, is unaware of the nature of her birth. When her demonic side begins to awaken, her world becomes dominated by dark passions and deadly craving, and Natalia believes she is losing her mind. But Natalia's love has been foretold as the only thing that can stop Belal and his allies, and they will do anything to prevent her ascension.

Facing assassins, avenging angels, Hell's deadly politics —and her real father — Natalia must accept the love of more than one man and embrace her demonic heritage as a Princess of Lust. If she doesn't, all that she loves will be destroyed, and Heaven and Hell will plunge into Chaos.

Caution! Scorching Hot Excerpt Below:
“Arms behind your back.”

He complied and the thick muscles of his chest moved beneath the rich cloth. She leaned closer to him and ran her lips over the pulse in his throat. Hot and richly-scented, his blood pounded beneath the thin silk of skin, but she did not want his liquid heat. This time, she wanted his passion. The energy of his desire trembled against her lips, and she licked her tongue along his neck, tasting his flesh and his excitement.

He tilted his head to give her better access. An ache started in her body, a frustration as familiar as breathing. The shadowy part of her soul whispered that here was an answer to her ache, here was a man she could use to soothe that overwhelming need.

His breath came out in little gasps against her lips as she leaned closer. “Kiss me.”

He complied, pressing himself into her mouth enough to push her back on the bed. He guided her gently, waiting for her to lead, by opening himself to her tongue. He tasted wonderful, male and powerful. She explored his mouth, scooting forward to wrap her legs around his torso. The skill of his lips made her moan softly against him; he seemed to know what she wanted before she was even aware of her desires.

His hands remained behind his back, and she could feel the strain in his muscles as he resisted the urge to embrace her.

“You may touch me.”

He ate the words from her lips, and his hands ran along the edge of her skirt, pulling the thick fabric up over her hips. The action should have shocked her, but instead it made her suck on the tender part of his lower lip and moan her need to him.

“Natalia,” he whispered. Her name turned into a prayer. The darkness within her mind whispered two words until they seemed like her own thoughts, her own burning needs. She gave those words voice and said, “Pleasure me.” Something shifted in her mind as she willingly said the phrase and her shadowy essence howled in triumph. Any panic she might have felt was swept away by the unbelievable rush of power. Her skin sensitized and her sight sharpened, taking in every detail of the man before her.

His wide eyes locked on hers and a small smile quirked his lips. “As you wish.”

He gradually lifted her chemise to bunch around her waist, revealing the smooth expanse of her legs as the tips of his fingers traced along her calf. His breath caught in his throat when he trailed his hands over her skin. His warmth was drugging, his touch made her nerves sing. Why had she denied herself this pleasure for so long?

His fingers inched their way up her legs, stroking the sensitive skin of her inner thigh as he watched her. “I’ve never seen anything like you.”

The lust in his voice warmed her and filled her with energy. This felt so good, so right. She tilted her hips, a silent invitation to go further. The fabric slid aside enough to finally reveal the bare and swollen flesh between her legs to him.

He stroked a reverent finger over her cleft. Nostrils flaring to take in her scent, he spread her cream over her slit and wet her nether lips. She looked down and watched his finger, so tan and rough against her pale skin. Unease made her tighten against the intrusion as he explored her and came to the thin barrier of her maidenhead.

“A virgin?” he said in shock. She gave him no reply, only watched him through half-lowered lids. “Have you ever had your release?” His voice had deepened further until it was a rasp.

She gave him a bewildered look and he laughed, rubbing his cheek against hers before placing an almost reverent kiss on her lips. Strong and sure, his fingers spread apart her nether lips and massaged the area around her clit. So good, so talented, she bucked her hips against his hand. The sensations he was pulling out of her body were beyond anything she had ever imagined, and he drank in every change in her expression as she delighted in his skill.

After a long and hungry kiss, he pulled away. “May I give you your first release?” As he said this, his fingers circled around her swollen clit and gently tugged at the side of the hood.

Daughter of Lust (For the Love of Evil, 1) is available now with Decadent Publishing!

Author Bio: Ann is Queen of the Castle to her wonderful husband and three sons in the mountains of West Virginia. In her past lives she's been an Import Broker, a Communications Specialist, a US Navy Civilian Contractor, a Bartender/Waitress, and an actor at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. She also spent a summer touring with the Grateful Dead-though she will deny to her children that it ever happened.

From a young age she's been fascinated by myths and fairytales, and the romance that often was the center of the story. As Ann grew older and her hormones kicked in, she discovered trashy romance novels. Great at first, but she soon grew tired of the endless stories with a big wonderful emotional buildup to really short and crappy sex. Never a big fan of purple prose, throbbing spears of fleshy pleasure and wet honey pots make her giggle, she sought out books that gave the sex scenes in the story just as much detail and plot as everything else-without using cringe worthy euphemisms. This led her to the wonderful world of Erotic Romance, and she's never looked back.

Now Ann spends her days trying to tune out cartoons playing in the background to get into her 'sexy space' and has learned to type one handed while soothing a cranky baby.

This Week's Hottie Is...

Henry Cavill!
Mmm...I watched the Immortals last Sunday and found myself forgiving a weak plot for Henry's strong, sweaty physique!
I love him in the Tudors as Charles Brandon...
And did you know he is the new Superman?!
Brandon Routh had some appeal as the Man of Steel but dear Henry's definitely sexier!

I can't wait to see the next installment in this iconic superhero franchise!

Have a great weekend!

"Ms. Kenrick's writing style flows nicely throughout the story. Her attention stays more on the characters rather than the setting which is fitting for the genre of the novella. I like her ability to dig deep within the characters feelings allowing them to step up and tell their story. It is as if the author really took the back seat on this one. Very well written indeed! JoAnne Kenrick knows how to write unique, if not quirky, characters that stay with me long after I've finished reading their stories." -- Talina, Night Owl Reviews

This Sweet Irish Kiss excerpt has been edited to make it a PG-13. Please keep in mind that.

The full story has a 4 flame rating and is therefore NOT suitable for minors.

I can’t believe I did that. What a great first impression. Not! And only I could top it off by going all defensive on his ass. Poor guy looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights. At least he was a gentleman about it, though. Had any of my exes seen me go down like a ton of bricks, all Nia Vilvados style, they’d have pissed themselves laughing and grabbed their cameras. I’m the character who gets caught up in headphone wire when she sees a hot guy in that movie...Fat Greek Wedding, Big Fat Greek...whatever. I know what I mean.

Rachel shuddered. She’d fallen flat on her face because the hunkiness of her one-night stand had taken her by surprise. She hadn’t expected it. Not in the least. Average, that’s what his profile had said. It’s why she picked him. She figured he wouldn’t be up himself. Most attractive men who know they’re hot behave like monkeys in heat because of it. She wanted a man who would be thanking his lucky stars to have her in his arms, and one who would be romantic and polite. And when he rushed to help her, he‘d surprised her again.

Drop dead gorgeous and caring? This could be dangerous.

“Ya feeling better now?” Thick Irish accent, smooth like Baileys, coated each word her one-night stand spoke.

“Uh-huh.” She glanced up at his welcoming expression and caught her stare in his. “So, you’re Irish?” You’re Irish?

He quirked his mouth into a grin as if she amused him. She reminded herself that she wanted this and backed up. She sat on the nearest thing to her, a dining chair from the breakfast for two set, and chewed at her freshly manicured nails. She couldn’t remember the last time she’d felt this nervous. Her stomach flip- flopped around the butterflies dancing in her gut.

“Ya, that a problem?” God I love his Irish brogue.

“Listen, Shaun, I’m sorry about the way I came down on you. I mean, not came down on you. Hell, I...I’m sorry for losing it.” He raised an eyebrow. “For biting your head off when you tried to help.”

“Hey, I get it. I’m not what ya expected.” Shaun, hands firmly rooted in his pockets, shrugged his shoulders. “Ya definitely not what I expected, either, but here we are. We can call it a day if you prefer or we can enjoy the rest of the evening. What do ya say? I can leave if ya like. The hotel room’s been paid for, so ya can spend the night and make the most of it. I’ll leave ya be, so I will. But I’d rather stay here...with ya.”

Her stare locked on Shaun, and she watched him grab his bag from the foot of the bed and stride toward the exit. His muscular frame, dark features, and great sense of style had her knees knocking together. She couldn’t remember the last time she actually wanted a man. But it wasn’t like she’d chase after him. The day she did that would be the day she forgave her daddy, or rolled over dead. The latter was more likely to happen first.

Pretentious, that’s how Rachel described the infamous Knightsbridge store where she worked. She loved her job, though. It meant she could let loose, make crazy-ass window displays, and stretch her imagination beyond the high street fashion trends. Usually.

“Effing yuppie fashion.” She stood, pin cushion in hand, staring out the huge plate glass window. The rain drizzled over passing shoppers who huddled and shared umbrellas with loved ones. She wished she could have someone she could trust to protect her when life pissed all over her, but she didn’t have anyone like that. The big brick wall she’d built had seen to it.

A flashback of running through a downpour with her father hit her hard. He’d thrown his coat over her, sheltering her and leaving himself open to the elements. They giggled all the way home, running late for a Mother’s Day dinner.

She closed her eyes to try and block out the past, but the darkness acted as a blank canvas for her memory to play out the scene until a rumble of thunder in the distance brought her back to the present.

She sniffled back her feelings and grasped a plastic body to steady herself. A teardrop trickled down her face, and she smeared it away. Time to buckle up and get over it. Once a fond memory, it now served as a bitter pill. He’d tricked her, tricked everyone with his gallant gestures. He could never again be the genuine, kind man she remembered from her childhood. At least not to her, anyway.

“Effing life.” She threw a knit over a male model’s shoulders and fluffed to give it a casual yet purposeful style. “What are they thinking, asking me to decorate the mannequins with this jumped up crap? Men don’t dress like Prince William. No man I know anyway.”

Her pocket buzzed. Rachel flipped her phone open. “Hello?” Nothing. “Hell-o?”

Still nothing. She pulled it from her ear and glanced at the digital display.

“Email, not a call. I’m never going to get used to this stupid, high tech phone.” She pressed a few buttons. Some wrong. Some right. Eventually, she managed to open up the message.

A last minute check, to make sure your 1NightStand goes as you desire. May I suggest you wear a corset, my dear, to flatter your curves. He’ll be there before you, and I picked a room especially with a double door entrance so you can have a Scarlet O’Hara moment. Please don’t wear green. He hates the color. A bottle of Jameson would make a wonderful gift, should you wish to bring something along to break the ice. And best of all, Rachel, remember why you wanted this and enjoy the experience. Good luck, dear, I hope he’s all you need.

Bien a toi, Evangeline

“Put this blindfold on,” he ordered, “if ya want a surprise.” He wanted to put it on her himself. But knowing she had trust issues, it didn’t feel right to do so. Instead, he went to the bathroom to clean the toys with warm, soapy water as the packet had said for him to do. He hoped she would be sightless and under his demand when he got back.

He wasn’t disappointed. Still on all fours, she had done as requested. He smeared lube over the beads and eased them into her. As an anal newbie, he had no idea how much it would turn him on and drive him insane. He wanted to rip them out and shove his cock inside her tight little hole instead. His hard on throbbed with need already, and it had only been minutes since he’d come. Sure he would be able to perform again, and probably too soon if he didn’t grab hold of himself, he grinned.

When the fifth and biggest bead was inside her, he whipped on a condom, slipped inside her bleep entrance from behind, and plunged all the way into her slick warmth . The bumpity-bump of the latex numbs rubbing against him through her thick layer massaged his length as he moved, and he couldn’t contain the growl that emerged from deep in his gut.

I give you six lines from my most popular free read No Panties this week!

Set Up: Lisa accidentally drops her cell on the moving train and when she bends over to pick it up the sexy business man standing behind her who'd already caught her eye...learns her secret.

Lisa’s heart was beating so fast, she barely heard the conductor’s voice coming over the intercom. Flustered, she forced herself not to turn and look at his face as she smoothed her dress down.

The train came to a stop, the doors opened to a throng of people pushing their way into the car and every seat was taken.

“Here...take my seat.”

The deep voice behind her was warm, totally authoritative and Lisa knew it was him without even having to look.

The older woman next to her smiled with gratitude and Lisa felt the sexy Samaritan who knew her naughty secret stand up behind her.

Flash Fiction Friday - Last Chance by Nichelle Gregory

“There’s still time for you to go,” he said against her lips.

“We both know that’s not true.”

His fingers tightened around her throat and she knew he could feel her pulse racing beneath his thumb as he stroked her neck.

“Be sure this is what you want. Once I take you. You’re mine forever. You’ll never want another man.”

She laughed in the darkness while wrapping her fingers around his rock hard erection. “You are so cocky.”

“No, just confident.”

His hand slipped between her thighs and she shuddered as he cupped her wet pussy. “Last chance...”

“Let’s dance.”

Simply Sexy Stories Welcomes Sherry Gloag!

NG: I’m welcoming Sherry Gloag on Simply Sexy Stories! Hi, Sherry!

SG: Hi, and thank you for having me here today.

NG: Do you have an e-reader? If so, tell me whether it was easy or difficult to adjust to reading digital books. Do you prefer paperbacks?

SG: No I don’t have an e-reader because I haven’t found one that encompasses all formats. Until I do, I’ll stick to paperbacks, so yes I do prefer paperbacks, and I find no difficulty in carry one around with me when I travel.

NG: You’ve been captured and your captor tells you to choose one book to amuse yourself during your imprisonment...which book would you choose? J

SG: WOW this is a hard question. I’d need something upbeat or with a HEA and if possible a sense of fun too.

NG: Do the people in your life know about your writing? Are they supportive?

SG: Yes they know about my writing, and as far as they can be are supportive, but understanding? No! LOL

NG: What advice would you give to inspiring authors interested in penning successful erotic romances?

SG: Although it is not a genre I read my advice would be for that writer to ensure their story carries the erotic theme and not the other way round. I have read erotic romance and find they vary from sleaze, to excellent and skillfully written.

NG: Okay, let's talk about your writing. Describe your writing process...are you a careful plotter or laid back pantster?

SG: rofl. I am panster, but laid back? That, I am not.

NG: Has your writing process changed since your first book was published?

SG: Very much so. And I have to thank the wonderful members of the crit group I belong to. They helped me to tighten my writing and search for strong words. The downside to that –lol- is that I can spend as much as thirty minutes searching for that right word.

NG: What are you working on for 2012?

SG: I have just started work on the third book in my Gasquet Princess series, no working title available yet.

NG: Latest talk about your latest release His Chosen Bride. What's this story about?

SG: In this the second book his chosen bride Henri, the heir to the throne suddenly finds his request that his parents choose his bride is not what he wants when he meets Monica Lattimer. It is due for release in time for Valentine’s Day. I have never attempted to write a series before, so when Henri, turned up after his younger brother’s story hit the ‘e-book stands’ and demanded his story be told too, and those of his twin brothers, I was kinda shocked. From Now Until Forever has been described as fast paced and a story you can’t put down, which made Henri’s story a challenge to write as he is far more laid back which meant his story while captivating in a different way is also, like the hero, more laid back.

It is set in Scotland during the winter, and involves a search and rescue scene before an imminent snow blizzard. Which considering we experienced just that at the weekend gave me pause for thought! Snow, let alone blizzards are not often seen where I live.

NG: What’s From Now Until Forever about?

SG: In the first book, from now until forever Liam is being pursued by insurgents determined to kill him, while his protector – who happens to be his wife, is equally determined to keep him safe. They both have secrets which threaten to destroy their love and tests their trust in each other when they come to light. When they are both faced with different life threatening circumstances they have choices to make, but will they make the right choice for the right reason?

NG: What inspired you to pen this story?

SG: After watching the British royal wedding I decided to write a short 1k short story about a royal wedding. Several transformations later it morphed into a 21k+ story and was snapped up by one of Astraea Press’ acquisitions editors. The rest, as they say, is history.

NG: What's the one thing readers can always count on when picking up one of your books?

SG: Meeting characters they can relate to who find themselves in situations anyone of us may have to deal with. Discovering that the hero and heroine are not perfect and coming away, at the end of the story, not only understanding why they behaved as they did, but how and why they changed and grew. I also try to offer stories with more than one layer to them.

NG: Give me three reasons readers will love From Now Until Forever.

SG: While from now until forever is not typically a Hot sexy story, and it is published but a company that specializes in ‘Pure.Fiction.’ it is a challenge to write to the limits of their perimeters so that it will appeal to both those who look for and enjoy ‘sweet’ romance’ and at the same time attract readers from a wider variety of tastes.

Although I never set out to include mystery into my stories, it always seems to creep in there which is another reason why from now until forever will appeal to such a wide variety of readers.

And finally, because from now until forever is the first in a four books series, I hope it will entice readers to come back for more and follow the fortunes o the other three Gasquet princes. his chosen bride is due out in time for Valentine’s Day

NG: Thank you so much for coming on Simply Sexy Stories, Sherry, best wishes for all your endeavors in 2012!

SG: :) Thank you very much for having me here today. I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting with you! Here is a short scene from – From Now Until Forever...

* * * *

She’d seen his eyes settle on her when she entered the
Glasgow restaurant favoured by many celebrities eight months ago,
and taken satisfaction when his reflection in the darkened window
revealed he’d followed her progress to the table she’d booked for

Pinpricks of light, like starlight in the ceiling, enhanced the
elite atmosphere of the room, absorbed by the scrubbed pine floor
beneath the white--‐‑covered tables. Snippets of conversation ebbed
and flowed around her as she followed the maître d’ to her table.
The overture of cutlery against china scarcely clashed with the
barely--‐‑there background music.

Melanie glanced up when the waiter drew out her chair, and
‘happened’ to meet and hold Liam’s gaze for a moment too long.
His companion’s scowl didn’t go unnoticed either. She reined in
the satisfied smile tugging at her lips, consulted the proffered wine
list and chose a glass of light, white wine.

Several large fish tanks glowed in their settings, the
backdrop of white walls emphasizing the different coloured lights
in each tank. Two rows of solid floor--‐‑to--‐‑ceiling pillars of polished wood substituted the expected black metalwork usually
interwoven with ivy or some other kind of creeper. She approved
their clean--‐‑cut lines, their message of solidarity and purpose. Their rich, almost copper hues, contrasted vividly against the wear of years that dulled the planked flooring.

“I’ll have a roll before ordering.” Mel handed the offered
menu back to the waiter. “But tell me what you think of the Arzak
Inspired Local Duck Egg with Garlic Bouillon, Crispy Migas and
Sherry Vinegar Jelly for a starter?”

She enjoyed a leisurely discussion on the merits of
everything offered, and agreed to be guided by his suggestions
before sitting back to wait for her non--‐‑existent escort.

Twenty minutes later, upholding her role of deserted
partner, Mel delayed ordering her meal for another ten minutes
while studying the other diners. If every time she glanced in the
direction of the prince’s table she found herself drowning in the
molten feral gleam in his eyes, it was hardly her fault. Politeness
dictated she return his smile, while his companion pushed a lettuce
leaf around her plate. Strategy demanded she make a show of
glancing at her watch on several occasions.

The telephone call to her home number, her apparent
disappointment, all added to the illusion of abandonment.
A stir at the prince’s table attracted the attention of several
diners when the woman rose, planted her hands on the table,
leaned into Prince Liam’s face, and cursed him roundly in language
better fitted to the gutter, before flouncing out of the establishment.

Pinning a rueful smile on her face, Melanie caught the
prince’s eye. With the lift of one eyebrow she watched him cross
the room and, without permission, seat himself in the vacant chair.
Something happened in that second. Something she hadn’t
anticipated, hadn’t allowed for, and hadn’t wanted.

The other occupants of the room faded away; the sound of
her heartbeat replaced the elegantly subdued music and the click
and swish of the restaurant. She’d known love, experienced the
highs of it and the devastation when it was shot to oblivion. But
she’d never experienced this instantaneous sense of connection and
oneness with another person. And she didn’t need it now,
especially with Prince Liam.

He held her gaze as firmly as he held her hand. She tugged it
away and leaned back in her chair. When had she leaned forward?
When had she allowed him to take her hand in that possessive
grip? When would she retrieve her heart? A heart seemingly intent
on destroying three years of careful surveillance and protection of
the man now guilty of causing her such personal mayhem.

A movement to her left broke the spell, and the waiter
placed the prince’s unfinished meal in front of him.

The prince dropped her hand, took up his fork and speared
a tiny wedge of steak and offered it to her. His fork trembled
against her bottom lip. His eyes darkened when she leaned forward
and took the offering into her mouth, closing her lips over the
prongs of his fork, her eyes now demanding and holding his gaze.
Her heart hammered in her chest, her pulse pounded in her ears.
Her hand came up and clamped his wrist. Whether in challenge for
more or a demand for less she had no idea.

“Come.” His fingers curled round hers, peeling them away.
He stood, query in his eyes, waiting, giving her the choice. Lost in
his dark blue eyes, deep as a woodland lake, she followed her heart
and rose. A part of her—the one that shunned public appearances–
balked at the fascinated attention of the other diners, while another
revelled in the awareness that thrummed in the air between them.

Author Bio: Multi-published author, Sherry Gloag is a transplanted Scot now living in the beautiful coastal countryside of Norfolk, England. She considers the surrounding countryside as extension of her own garden, to which she escapes when she needs "thinking time" and solitude to work out the plots for her next novel. While out walking she enjoys talking to her characters, as long as there are no other walkers close by.

Apart from writing, Sherry enjoys gardening, walking, reading and cheerfully admits her books tend to take over most of the shelf and floor space in her workroom-cum-office. She also finds crystal craft work therapeutic.

Simply Sexy Stories Welcomes Benjamin Russell!

NG: I’m welcoming Benjamin Russell on Simply Sexy Stories! Hi, Benjamin!

BR: Hey Nichelle, thanks so much for having me today. * I hope she caught that double entendre *

NG: Oh, I caught it. You're such a tease! What are you reading right now?

BR: Well, I’m one of those people who usually reads three –four books at the same time, but I have just finished reading a deliciously sexy story entitled Doll, by none other than Ms. Nichelle Gregory. For anyone reading this interview looking for a story to enflame your senses – Doll is the one. I have dreams of training Rena, the lead character in Doll, to become my personal assistant.

NG: Awww...thanks, Benji! I'm glad my story and my heroine, Rena struck a chord with you. I'll admit, I'm tickled pink my work has invaded your dreams. :)

Do you have an e-reader? If so, tell me whether it was easy or difficult to adjust to reading digital books. Do you prefer paperbacks?

BR: I have a Kindle Fire and I have grown to love it. Now the three – four books I’m reading all at the same time, I can carry around with me instead lugging around four paperbacks. I almost hate to admit it, but I have become hooked on the convenience of the e-reader. However, I also have two very large boxes of paperback books I’ve read over the years, stashed away in my basement, that I refuse to get rid of.

NG: You’ve been captured and your captor tells you to choose one book to amuse yourself during your imprisonment...which book would you choose? ;-)

BR: This is a no-brainer for me, the best book I ever read is a science fiction book called The Legacy of Heorot; written by Larry Niven and Steven Barnes. I’ve read the book cover-cover three times now and it still gives me the chills.

NG: I have not read this book, but I intend to check it out now! What do you think is the biggest misconception about males writing in this genre?

BR: Wow, that’s a great question. Some people don’t believe a male writer can write with feelings, that he can get inside the head of a woman and describe what’s going on with her emotionally. While I admit it’s not easy, I think men and women have a lot of the same issues and hang ups. Both men and women have similar self-doubt issues when it comes to sex, trust, love and how we perceive our own bodies. I try to keep that in mind when I’m writing a scene from a woman’s POV.

NG: Do the people in your life know about your writing? Are they supportive?

My family has not embraced erotica as a genre they like to read. If my dearly departed Father were around, he'd be giving me high fives and ideas for new stories. My Mother on the other hand, who is still alive, I think she'd be calling Ghost Busters or an Exorcist if she read one of my stories. Bottom-line, I write for me and I write the kind of stories that I enjoy reading.

NG: What advice would you give to inspiring authors interested in penning successful erotic romances?

BR: Characters, characters, characters. Focus on giving your characters depth and breath – then the story will write itself. I want all of my characters to be flawed in some way, or at least they think they’re flawed. Writing the sex scenes is easy, but why are the characters doing it – that’s what will make readers come back for more and spread the word.

NG: Great advice! Okay, let's talk about your writing.

BG: If you insist, but I would rather write a hot tub scene with you, Vicky and me drinking bubbly. Oops, I’m sorry – I digress

NG: Look at you, trying to distract me with your naughty invitation! No, we must stay on topic today, Benjamin. Describe your writing process...are you a careful plotter or laid back pantster?

BR: I am plotter. I create a story overview/synopsis, with character bios and a suggested chapter-scene flow for every story. I can sit down and write a single scene or even a whole chapter, based off a single idea or prompt, but I can’t do a whole story that way. One caveat, the outlines are not etched in stone, once I start writing - the characters have a way of taking me where they want to go.

NG: Your flexible, I like that. What was the collaborative process like co-authoring this book with Michelle Chatton?

BR: Michelle and I work from a story outline. In order for us to work together seamlessly, and we’ve been told that it’s hard for anyone to tell the story was written by two different people, we needed an outline, roadmap to guide us. We decide at the start who will write which chapter or scene. We write at our own pace, since we’ve both contributed to the outline there isn’t any conflict about how the story should flow. If one of us gets carried away with his/her assigned scene, then we talk about it and make the appropriate course correction. When we’re done, then I do some editing to put it all together at the end. I think it worked well for the first story and we’re following the same approach for our planned next three stories.

NG: Sounds like a fantastic partnership! How did you celebrate the debut of your first release?

BR: LOL – Gawd, you had to ask that question. Hmm, well – I made a Booty Call. It wasn’t a ménage like in the book, but it was a nice romp back down memory lane.

NG: What are you working on for 2012?

BR: Michelle and I will be doing Booty Call 2Truth or Dare and Booty Call 3 Mistress Deanna. We also have outlines written for two other WIP projects that we expect to have published this year. I am also working on a short story project with another sexy author – Ms. Jade F. Baiser

NG: You are a busy man! Let's talk about your debut release Naughty Hot Shots - Booty Call. What’s this story about?

BR: It’s a story about a beautiful, full-figured woman who decides to celebrate her divorce becoming final and her birthday, by making a Booty Call to a couple of male friends. She wants to have a MMF ménage to celebrate and her two friends, Marcus and Winston are only to happy to oblige.

NG: What inspired you to pen this story?

BR: Well, Michelle brought it to my attention that there are a lot more BBW buyers of erotic romance and erotica, than there are skinny-minnies as she describes them. From there, my Muse went into overdrive and together we created the outline for the Booty Call in about two hours.

NG: Give me three reasons readers will love Naughty Hot Shots - Booty Call.

BR: The three main characters - Vicky, the main character is the kind of woman I believe a lot of the women readers will be able to relate to. She is strong willed and tough, but she is all woman. Winston, he’s the gentleman Dom who is modeled after one of my favorite authors – me.

Marcus, he is freaking hot and he’s very freaky too. He’s going to have a big role in Booty Call 2.

NG: What's the one thing readers can always count on when picking up one of your books?

BR: It will be a thrill ride and fast paced. I want the first one hundred words to grab the reader and compel him/her to keep reading.

NG: Thank you so much for coming on Simply Sexy Stories, Benjamin, best wishes for all your endeavors in 2012!

BR:  Nichelle, thank you so much for having me on Simply Sexy Stories today, it's been a bowl of cherries and whipped cream. I hope you'll visit my den of iniquity one day and join me in the hot tub. Oops, freduian slip - I mean allow me to interview you.

NG: Mmm...I love cherries and whipped cream! I accept your formal invitation for an interview...just tell me when and where. ;-)

Blurb: So what is a strong-willed, Bi-BBW supposed to do when she decides she wants to have a MMF ménage to celebrate her birthday? She makes a Booty Call to her bi-sexual male co-worker and her hot Dom ex-lover.

Victoria Carter has finally broken free from a destructive relationship, now she wants to explore her sensuality and her sexuality to the fullest. Ready to meet the world head on, this is just the beginning of her sexual adventures.

Caution! Super Erotic Excerpt Below:
Vicky arched her back and her head lolled to the side. “Winston, ooh baby, I am soooo close. If you keep doing that I am going to come, I am going to come so hard.” She whimpered breathlessly.

Steel vibrated in Winston’s voice. “No, you don’t come until I tell you to.” The touch of menace in his voice sent a furtive thrill to Vicky's moist core and surprisingly, she found the hint of danger in his voice to be arousing.

“Yes Sir,” she said, assuming the submissive role easily from pure habit.

Vicky let out a long sigh as he slowly pulled his finger from her pussy’s clinging grasp. He stared at his cream covered finger lovingly before he turned his gaze on her and met her eyes directly.

Transfixed, she watched him stick his finger in his mouth and suck off all her cream. A look of crazed lust washed over his face as he tasted her juices and the erotic expression sent undulating ribbons of desire shimming down her spine. She peered at him through hooded eyes as he dipped a finger back inside her. Vicky’s eyelids fluttered and then closed as another wave of pleasure racked her body.

This time, when he withdrew his finger glistening with her dew, he held his hand up to her face. Every cell in her body screamed for her to devour his finger, but she forced herself to wait. He didn’t have to say it, but she wanted him to give her permission to do it. He leveled an icy stare at her and his commanding body language spoke to her heart.

Tonight she wasn’t the hotshot attorney who intimidated weak men with her intelligence, self-confidence and plus sized body. Tonight – in this bed – she wanted to be a desirable and sensuous woman, giving her trust to a real man. If only for one night, she wanted a man like Winston to dominate her and use her as he pleased.

Her eyes were soft, open and begging for his approval. “Please.”

“That’s good baby, you’re learning.” He placed his finger at the opening of her mouth and Vicky smiled when she inhaled her scent. She greedily wrapped her lips around his finger and sucked it clean.

He moved to the end of the bed and dropped to his knees so he could look between her legs. Moisture oozed from her and he froze for a moment as his cock bucked at the sight. He stared at the tantalizing view of her sex, wet with cream. He became enthralled at the promise of emptying the creamy contents of his balls in her, or all over her.

He looked up and captured her eyes. “Vicky, tell me what you want.”

She hesitated for just a moment. “Please.”

“Please what?” The displeasure in his voice was evident.

“Please make me come.”

He smiled. “That’s what I needed to hear.”

Winston began to lick his way up the inside of her legs and made a beeline straight for her beckoning little pussy. Normally, he would have teased her even more, but since today was her birthday and she’d been a good sub up to that point, he decided to give her what she needed.
